Dr John Bone is a highly experienced commercial energy negotiator who adds real value in the conventional energy, renewable energy and waste sectors by identifying and delivering new opportunities.

Over the last 20 years, John has worked in a number of high profile roles for large companies across the North East including ICI and Sembcorp. At ICI, he was the electricity buyer and latterly managed their European energy purchasing.

He secured £6.5m per annum in new profits by successfully devising and negotiating new contract structures for regulatory credits. He also ensured regulatory accreditation for two new large scale biomass electricity generation schemes and managed a £100m per annum power contract.
